Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager based in the United States.

Take ownership of a high-impact affiliate and partnerships channel within a fast-growing, sustainable direct-to-consumer business. You will lead the strategy and execution of a global creator and ambassador program across the United States, Canada, and Australia. Combining commercial accountability with hands-on operations, you will drive profitable acquisition while strengthening creator relationships and expanding brand reach. You will use performance data, cohort insights, and experimentation to optimize revenue, customer retention, and acquisition economics. The role also spans TikTok and TikTok Shop, creator-led content, product seeding, and in-person brand activations. Working closely with the Founder & CEO and a lean team, you will have significant ownership and room to shape the channel's continued growth.
