Agent Operations Lead

The Agent Operations Lead will oversee operational performance across portfolios of institutional single-family rental properties, ensuring each client’s objectives are met throughout the real estate transaction lifecycle. This remote role combines portfolio management, client relationship leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-growing, AI-driven environment. You will serve as the primary operational counterpart for client stakeholders, managing dispositions and, where applicable, acquisitions from initial assignment through closing. Working across agent teams, pricing, field operations, and transaction coordination, you will establish priorities and resolve challenges without relying on direct authority. You will also help launch new clients, markets, and programs while using AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and visibility.
