Summary: As an AI Native Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process. This role focuses on creating production-ready applications by embedding AI principles throughout the software lifecycle. The work includes validating solutions to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards, while continuously enhancing development and operational practices to optimize software performance and reliability. Collaboration and innovation are key aspects, as the engineer contributes to evolving how software is designed, built, and maintained in an AI-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across projects.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools related to .Net Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in AI-native software engineering.
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration of AI components within software applications.
• Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code to ensure high performance and reliability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
