Client and Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 3.0. The client is not provided.

Responsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering is required.

Key Roles:

• Develop a deep understanding of system architecture to anticipate and prevent potential issues.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Analyze complex incidents and lead root cause investigations to implement long-term solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation to strengthen team capabilities and service quality.
