Summary: Lead the design and implementation of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions for Material, Customer, Supplier, and Business Partner master data. Configure workflows, business rules, validations, and data replication processes while ensuring data quality, compliance, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. Support end-to-end implementation including testing, deployment, user training, and hypercare support Roles & Responsibilities:

Should be having good communication skills . Should be ready to work from client location Bhilai at Chhattisgarh as this is 100 client facing role project Professional & Technical Skills:
• Conduct business workshops and gather master data governance requirements. -Design and implement governance processes for Material, Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, and Financial master data. -Configure SAP MDG data models, workflows, change requests, and approval processes. -Define and implement business rules, validations, derivations, and duplicate checks using BRF+. -Configure Data Replication Framework (DRF) for distributing master data across SAP and non-SAP systems. -Collaborate with business data owners, data stewards, and process teams to establish governance policies. -Support data cleansing, harmonization, migration, and master data consolidation activities. -Configure role-based access controls and ensure compliance with data governance standards. -Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations. -Execute SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live activities. -Monitor master data quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. -Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live hypercare support. -Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, EWM, IBP, BW, and other enterprise applications. -Develop governance frameworks, operating procedures, and master data management best practices. -Ensure adherence to organizational data governance, audit, and compliance requirements.. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
• B.E./ B.Tech. or higher with minimum 15 years and above post qualification experience Of handling SAP projects.
