As a Corporate Benefits Implementation Assistant, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and accurate implementation of employee benefits for individual and small- to medium-sized business clients. You will review documentation, verify eligibility criteria, and register information across insurance providers' and benefits administrators' systems. Working closely with commercial teams and external partners, you will help resolve outstanding issues, monitor implementation progress, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to efficient processes and a positive experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
