Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

**O’Hagan Meyer **is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least two years of civil litigation experience to join our Portland, OR office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse variety of commercial litigation matters including professional liability, premises liability, products liability, real estate disputes, business litigation, construction litigation and IP. You will tackle cutting-edge legal issues, collaborate with clients in a broad array of industries, and gain meaningful courtroom and case handling experience, all in a culture that values mentorship, flexibility, and long-term growth.

• 2+ year of civil litigation experience with exposure to professional liability, premises liability, products liability, real estate, construction, business, contract disputes and/or IP.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills, complemented by excellent academic credentials.
• Highly motivated individuals who demonstrate initiative and can assume responsibility for handling matters within a busy national practice.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a team-oriented legal environment.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Oregon.

Salary Range: $145,000 to $200,000
