Associate Director, Compliance

Take on a strategic leadership role in strengthening regulatory compliance and risk management within the mortgage lending industry. As Associate Director, Compliance, you will drive the development and continuous improvement of compliance monitoring and testing programs across lending operations. You will oversee quality assurance reviews, assess control effectiveness, and identify emerging regulatory risks to support a robust compliance management system. Working closely with compliance leaders, business stakeholders, and audit teams, you will provide actionable regulatory guidance and promote consistent adherence to applicable laws and internal policies. You will also coordinate regulatory examination readiness, manage loan file submissions, and support branch audit activities and corrective action plans.
