We are seeking an experienced regulatory affairs leader to guide advertising, promotional communications, medical materials, and product labeling throughout the product lifecycle. In this remote role, you will shape regulatory strategy from pre-launch planning through commercialization and ongoing product updates, ensuring communications meet U.S. and global regulatory requirements. You will provide strategic, risk-based guidance to cross-functional teams, helping balance scientific accuracy, patient safety, compliance, and business objectives. Working closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and global regulatory stakeholders, you will lead review processes, health authority interactions, and labeling initiatives. Your expertise will help strengthen regulatory practices, support successful product launches, and ensure consistent, compliant communication across markets and channels.
