Associate Director, Strategy (Ecommerce) (Performance Marketing)

Take the lead in shaping ecommerce growth strategies for ambitious direct-to-consumer (DTC) and omnichannel consumer brands. In this senior leadership role, you will drive full-funnel performance marketing strategies that connect paid media investments to profitable, sustainable business growth. You will oversee complex, high-spend campaigns across multiple digital channels while building strong client partnerships and delivering measurable commercial results. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will translate performance data, customer insights, and market trends into actionable growth strategies. You will lead and develop a team of experienced marketers, strengthening their capabilities and raising the standard of strategic execution. As part of a collaborative, remote-first environment, you will also help shape the evolution of performance marketing services, processes, and best practices.
