Position : Associate Director-Transition
Location : Hyderabad
Shift : US
**Roles and ResponsibilitiesTransitions:
**- This US healthcare specific new client/projects transitions
Work with SLT In India to meet the timelines
Work with Hiring and admin teams
Work with US transitions leaders to make sure we understand the needs and timelines
Contracting co-ordination if any
Creating and driving project plans
Network with different departments and leaders
Good Communication skills
Good Presentation skills and MS Project understanding etc
US healthcare basics
10-12 years’ experience ( at least 2-3 years in transitions role )
Program Manage business specific and PAN India projects if any
- Experience in Transition and Transformation
- Project management
3.Coordination between internal & external stakeholders for any specific task
