You will use data, project management tools, AI, and automation to identify bottlenecks and improve operational workflows. The position combines resource planning, process optimization, reporting, and external agency coordination. You will work closely with creative professionals, program managers, and operations stakeholders across a distributed organization. It offers practical exposure to how large-scale creative teams organize work, measure capacity, and improve delivery.
