Job Summary

In this role, you will design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications while partnering with end users to ensure successful adoption and ongoing performance. What You'll Do
Design, develop, test, implement, and support new and existing software applications.
Handle QNXT configuration process of defining, customizing, and managing the settings, rules, and data within the QNXT healthcare administration platform to match an organization’s workflows, benefit designs, and operational needs
Analyze business processes and system requirements to identify and deliver effective technical solutions.
Create and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure software quality through rigorous testing and validation.
Provide application support by identifying, investigating, and resolving system issues.
Develop user guides, training materials, and technical documentation. Train and support end users to maximize application adoption and effectiveness.
Run reports, maintain system data, update tables, and perform activities required for ongoing system operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in regular meetings to discuss projects, priorities, enhancements, and system updates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required
- Can this role review and consider experience in lieu of a degree? Yes
- 3 years of Medicare experience, benefits and reimbursement experience, along with QNxt configuration experience highly preferred
- Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications 2-3 years required
Skills for Success
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with all teammates.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.
- If utilizing Epic, you must be able to obtain the required certifications as outlined by program requirements.

- M-F Eastern Business Hours required. 8a, 830a or 9a ET start time highly preferred daily for business needs
- Video interview is required for all candidate interviews; Microsoft Teams Video is required for all employees for daily business needs
- Remote work requires a stable, secure, quiet, compliant work-station using MGB issued equipment and will be verified day 1
- If local to Massachusetts, onsite meetings are optional and planned ahead
