Business Development Manager

Take the lead in driving international sales and expanding business opportunities in the United States' Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) industry. In this role, you will identify new markets, build strong client relationships, and convert qualified prospects into long-term business partnerships. You will leverage your industry knowledge and commercial expertise to connect with contractors, fabricators, builders, and other key stakeholders across the US construction sector. From lead generation and market research to client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures, you will manage the complete sales cycle. Working closely with internal engineering, estimation, technical, and project teams, you will help deliver solutions that meet customer requirements and support sustainable growth.
