Change Management Consultant (Lima, Perú) Hired as a contractor project basis

In this role, you will help clients move through meaningful business change by shaping strategies that connect leadership alignment, employee engagement, and execution. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change management projects across different industries
• Design and implement comprehensive change strategies covering communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management, and sustainment.
• Facilitate sessions with executive committees, sponsors, and key leaders.
• Serve as a methodological reference for the practice, ensure methodological quality, and guide junior consultants in executing key projects.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, lead lessons-learned and improvement sessions, and promote alignment between business strategy and execution.
• Support clients through technological, cultural, and organizational restructuring changes.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience leading change management projects.
• Experience applying ADKAR in change management engagements, including stakeholder mapping, resistance management, and change impact assessments.
• Experience facilitating executive sessions with senior leaders and adapting change strategies to different organizational contexts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, ADKAR dashboards, Adobe suite, and collaborative tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Eligibility to work in Peru.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology implementations, cultural transformation, and organizational restructuring initiatives.
• Experience consulting with multinational clients.
• Prosci Certification.
