Chief Operating Officer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief Operating Officer based in India.

In this strategic executive leadership role, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and take complete ownership of global operations across 25 countries and multiple time zones. Managing cross-functional teams spanning Site Operations, Support, Business Operations, Hardware, and Compliance, you will drive operational excellence, service delivery, and supply chain scalability. Operating within a high-growth, remote-first environment, you will pioneer an AI-first operational framework—reimagining organizational workflows, internal systems, and data infrastructure to maximize talent density and performance margins. As a key strategic leader, you will align organizational Key Performance Indicators and Objectives and Key Results, while occasionally presenting strategic outcomes to the Board of Directors and shareholders.
