Clinical Associate - Medical Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Clinical Associate to support a growing virtual-first medical practice focused on delivering accessible, high-quality healthcare. In this role, you will serve as a key link between patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and external care networks, helping ensure seamless care coordination and an excellent patient experience. You will support telehealth services, manage medical orders and referrals, identify preventive care gaps, and guide members through complex healthcare processes. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams, you will help remove barriers to treatment and improve adherence to care plans. Working Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Eastern Time. Weekend availability may occasionally be required based on operational needs and member demand, with advance notice whenever possible. Optional overtime may also be available.
