In this role, you will monitor patients' vital signs, assess health data, and coordinate timely interventions to promote patient safety and positive clinical outcomes. You will play a key role in expanding access to life-changing rehabilitation services through innovative remote patient monitoring (RPM) and telehealth solutions. Working closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams, you will help patients remain engaged in their recovery while providing personalized guidance and support.
