Commercial Liability Claim Adjuster

The Commercial Liability Claim Adjuster will manage and resolve complex commercial general liability and property claims, including high-exposure and litigated cases. This role requires strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills to evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and settlement options while protecting clients' financial interests. You will work closely with policyholders, attorneys, defense counsel, contractors, public adjusters, and internal stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle. The position offers the opportunity to handle challenging cases, influence litigation strategies, and negotiate effective resolutions in a professional insurance services environment. You will oversee reserves, authorize payments within established limits, and prepare detailed claim status updates and large-loss reports.
