Contracts Manager

As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring agreements support business objectives while minimizing legal, financial, and operational risks. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will lead the drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and ongoing administration of a diverse portfolio of commercial contracts. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain compliance, strengthen business relationships, and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled. This role offers the opportunity to shape contract management practices, improve operational processes, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. Your expertise will help establish consistent procedures, enhance risk management, and support effective decision-making across the organization.
