CRO Manager – Growth & Conversion Optimization

We are looking for an experienced CRO Manager to drive sustainable growth by turning customer behavior and data into measurable business results. In this role, you will lead the conversion rate optimization process from identifying funnel inefficiencies to developing hypotheses, prioritizing experiments, and translating findings into actionable strategies. You will collaborate closely with Growth, Acquisition, Product, Creative, and Data teams to improve the customer journey and maximize revenue opportunities. Working in a fast-paced, technology-driven eCommerce environment, you will champion rigorous experimentation and data-informed decision-making. Rather than focusing on the number of tests, you will prioritize initiatives with the greatest potential business impact.
