Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to deliver high-quality, customized software that supports business objectives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
• Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues within enterprise environments.
• Ability to work with various development tools and platforms to customize and optimize software solutions.
• Familiarity with data integration and migration processes relevant to oil and gas industry applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
