Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the developed solutions align with organizational goals. This role requires a thoughtful approach to creating software that integrates seamlessly within existing systems while addressing evolving business challenges. You will also spend time refining and optimizing applications to enhance performance and usability, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support maintenance and future enhancements.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with GitHub, Machine Learning (ML), React.js.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Python.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
