Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google CES Conversational Agent.
• Experience with natural language processing and conversational AI frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for conversational agents and software development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment of conversational solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize conversational workflows for improved user experience.
• Knowledge of integration techniques for connecting conversational agents with backend systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google CES Conversational Agent.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
