Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing effective solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each part functions seamlessly within the overall system. Throughout the day, there is a focus on maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve performance and user experience. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, ensuring that the software aligns with client expectations and project goals. Problem-solving and adapting to evolving project demands are integral to daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to ensure quality and timely delivery of software components.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services (AWS), API Management, React.js.
• Strong experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment using Amazon Web Services.
• This is a backend heavy role where the individual should not only know AWS Gateway and APIs but should have a complete Devops experience i.e. be able to dockerize the application, deploy on Kubernetes, manage pods, write Jenkins pipeline scripts, know Terraform IAC, CI/CD github actions. He should know Microservices concepts as well and one programming language out of Java, Python

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
