• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret complex software requirements.
• Experience in software development lifecycle including coding, testing, and debugging.
• Ability to work with multiple clients and adapt to varying project demands.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Japanese Language.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
