Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and innovation within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP MM modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues related to materials management.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MM and other SAP modules or external systems.
• Competence in documenting technical specifications and creating user guides to support software deployment and maintenance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
