Data Operations Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Operations Lead based in the United States.

The Data Operations Lead will oversee the end-to-end delivery, accuracy, and reliability of critical healthcare enrollment data operations. This role ensures that production data processes and exchanges run efficiently, securely, and in compliance with operational standards. Working closely with an offshore operations team, you will coordinate daily activities, manage escalations, and maintain consistent service quality across time zones. As the primary onshore point of contact, you will support internal and external customers while directly handling time-sensitive operational tasks during US business hours. You will also lead troubleshooting, strengthen standard operating procedures, and identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation. This is a hands-on individual contributor position requiring strong technical expertise, independent judgment, and the ability to lead through influence rather than direct management. The role is fully remote within the United States, with occasional after-hours support and participation in an on-call rotation.
