Summary: As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration across various systems and data models. The position demands active engagement in aligning platform components to support organizational data needs, fostering a cohesive and efficient data environment. The engineer plays a key role in coordinating efforts that enhance the overall data infrastructure, ensuring that the platform supports current and future business requirements effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in data platform architecture and integration processes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align data platform initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of backend development principles and microservices architecture.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable data platform components.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and data modeling concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance in complex data environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
