Director of Finance

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and operational finance within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization. In this senior leadership role, you will translate business objectives into actionable financial strategies, helping executive leadership make informed decisions about growth, investments, workforce planning, and profitability. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow management, and P&L optimization while building scalable financial processes and infrastructure. Acting as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership, you will turn complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations. You will also lead and develop the finance function, strengthen internal controls, and improve financial systems to support sustainable growth.
