Director of Production

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Production based in the United States.

The Director of Production will lead end-to-end production for photography, video, and content across brand campaigns, performance marketing, social media, e-commerce, and retail. This senior individual contributor role offers the opportunity to build and shape a production function from the ground up, establishing scalable processes and operational standards. You will oversee production budgets, schedules, external partners, and shoot execution while ensuring creative excellence and efficient resource allocation. Working closely with in-house creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate concepts into high-quality assets that support business objectives. You will develop a trusted network of production professionals, optimize workflows, and explore innovative tools, including AI-assisted production solutions. The role also requires strong attention to talent rights, production compliance, safety, and regulatory considerations.
