Employment & Labor Law Paralegal

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Employment & Labor Law Paralegal based remotely in Brazil.

The Employment & Labor Law Paralegal will provide essential legal and litigation support to a U.S. law firm handling workplace disputes, employment-related claims, and advisory matters. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys to prepare legal documents, manage discovery, organize evidence, and coordinate litigation activities. You will support cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. Your work will help ensure that case files remain accurate, deadlines are met, and legal proceedings are supported by well-organized documentation. The role also involves communicating with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, courts, and administrative agencies.
