Enterprise Manufacturing Sales Director

Take a strategic leadership role in building and scaling sales enablement for an innovative enterprise AI platform. You will equip enterprise sales teams with the expertise, tools, and methodologies needed to win complex deals across manufacturing and industrial markets. Combining sales leadership, technical knowledge, and coaching, you will develop programs that accelerate onboarding, improve sales performance, and strengthen execution. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Field Engineering to translate advanced computer vision capabilities into compelling business value. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have significant influence over the enterprise go-to-market strategy and the development of a scalable sales organization.
