Job Opening: RPA Developer / Local Coordinator (UiPath)Location: Hyderabad, India (Fixed Role) within GCC Department: Central IT Job Type: Full-time

About the Role Join our global Central Team to design, build, and maintain scalable UiPath solutions. Our unified Central Team consists of our IT NL team (1x Business Analyst, 1x Tech Lead, and 1x Developer) and our growing operations in India, where we have recently hired our first Developer. This is a strategic stepping-stone role.

For now, this is a hands-on position where you will actively implement, maintain, and support robots alongside our existing India-based Developer, while scaling our automation capabilities with Google Cloud Platform and Gemini AI. Concurrently, you will act as the local coordinator for the India side of the Central Team. As our budget grows and we expand our footprint in India, you will transition fully into a Team Lead position, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the NL team. Your ultimate goal will be to help build out the India team, with the future vision of splitting it into dedicated Build and Maintenance/Support divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Local Coordination & Growth: Act as the local coordinator for the India team and serve as the SPOC connecting the Indian and Dutch sides of our Central Team. Help expand the local team over time, eventually guiding the structural split into dedicated Build and Maintenance/Support streams.
• UiPath Development (Hands-on): Build, test, document, and deploy robust UiPath software robots based on Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Hybrid Flows & Innovation: Develop hybrid workflows combining standard RPA with cognitive AI services (GCP, Gemini AI) and APIs.
• Maintenance & Support: Provide hypercare, incident management, and proactive maintenance (updating dependencies, refactoring legacy bots).
• Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, build reusable components, and adhere to strict architecture standards under the Tech Lead's guidance.

What We Are Looking For

• Certification: UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory.
• Experience: Hands-on, multi-year experience building complex UiPath bots and implementing hybrid workflows.
• Leadership Potential: Ability and willingness to take on a coordinating role, guide fellow developers, act as a SPOC, and eventually lead and grow a local team.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in UiPath, VB.NET, C#, Python, or LINQ.
• Location: Based in or willing to work from Hyderabad, India in a fixed role.
• Communication: Fluent in English (written/spoken) with strong stakeholder management and cross-border communication skills to ensure seamless operation within the global Central Team.
