Summary: As a Finance Commercial Lead, a typical day involves overseeing commercial relationships with clients to enhance financial and business outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders to drive financial performance, identify and mitigate risks, manage investments, and ensure accountability. The position also includes providing strategic guidance to the team to deliver value and optimize operations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve financial processes and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within complex business environments.
• Ability to manage and optimize financial operations to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Capability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
