FP&A Lead

As an FP&A Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, improving gross margins, and supporting sustainable profitability within a growing healthcare technology organization. You will transform operational, clinical, and contractual data into actionable financial insights that guide executive decisions and strategic investments. Working closely with the Corporate Controller and cross-functional leaders, you will take ownership of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis. You will identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve unit economics, and strengthen customer and contract performance. You will also evaluate innovative care delivery models and automation initiatives, quantifying their financial impact and return on investment. This high-visibility role offers significant autonomy, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to influence business strategy through data-driven financial decisions.
