Fraud Specialist, Supplier Operations & Governance

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Fraud Specialist to investigate complex billing discrepancies, fraudulent activity, and financial disputes across telecommunications operations. This role combines financial investigation, data analysis, root cause identification, and strategic negotiation with customers and vendors. You will examine call and messaging records, identify suspicious traffic patterns, resolve invoice discrepancies, and build evidence-based cases to support fair and timely resolutions. Working closely with accounting, data analytics, engineering, and account management teams, you will develop dashboards, track dispute metrics, and improve operational processes.
