Global Recruitment Lead - AI/ML & Data Programs

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Recruitment Lead – AI/ML & Data Programs based in India.

We are seeking an experienced global talent acquisition leader to build and scale international recruitment operations supporting cutting-edge AI, Machine Learning, and data programs. In this strategic leadership role, you will design and manage end-to-end hiring strategies for specialized talent, including data annotators, multilingual LLM evaluators, LiDAR specialists, and subject-matter experts. You will oversee recruitment pipelines across the US, Europe, LATAM, MENA, and APAC, ensuring access to qualified talent at scale while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Working closely with delivery, operations, and business leaders, you will align workforce planning with evolving client demands and project requirements. You will also develop flexible recruitment ecosystems involving freelancers, vendors, and distributed expert networks while leveraging automation and data-driven insights to optimize hiring performance.
