Growth Analyst

The Growth Analyst will drive measurable growth by identifying opportunities across property listings, hotel performance, marketing campaigns, and operational reporting. This hands-on role combines data analysis with execution, empowering you to turn insights into practical improvements that increase visibility, conversion, revenue, and guest engagement. You will manage growth initiatives from prioritization through implementation and performance measurement, working closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, Listings, and Operations. Using AI tools and automation, you will streamline workflows, improve reporting efficiency, and help teams focus on high-impact decisions. The role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple projects, and delivering results in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Brazil who can work US business hours and communicate confidently in English.
