Head of Business Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Business Development based in India.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced business development professional to drive commercial growth and expand strategic partnerships across the East Asian market, with a particular focus on China. You will oversee Introducing Broker (IB) performance, develop market expansion strategies, and lead a team of Business Development Managers toward ambitious revenue and trading volume targets. The role combines strategic planning, relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on team leadership. You will collaborate with international stakeholders across product, payments, compliance, dealing, and customer support to strengthen market positioning and operational performance. This remote position offers the opportunity to influence regional business strategy within a fast-paced, internationally connected trading environment. The ideal candidate brings deep Forex or Fintech expertise, strong commercial judgment, and fluency in both Mandarin and English.
