As Head of Creator & Brand Partnerships, you will build and lead a global creator marketing and brand partnerships function from the ground up. You will shape the strategy, manage the budget, and oversee collaborations that connect a distinctive hospitality and short-term rental experience with audiences around the world. Working directly with senior growth leadership, you will identify influential creators, negotiate strategic partnerships, and develop brand collaborations that drive measurable business results. You will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to contracts, content delivery, and performance analysis. Beyond increasing brand awareness, your work will help generate bookings, attract homeowners, expand market presence, and strengthen the brand's reputation.
