We are seeking a knowledgeable and employee-focused Healthy Workplace, Absence Partner Specialist to support occupational and non-occupational illness and injury management across a distributed organization. In this role, you will coordinate absence-related claims, maintain accurate case records, and work closely with third-party providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant case management. You will provide guidance on disability policies, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work programs while helping resolve claims issues and supporting employees throughout the process. You will also contribute to reporting, policy development, training, and workplace wellness initiatives.
