Infrastructure Engineer Network & Telephony

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer Network & Telephony based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced infrastructure professional to support enterprise network and telephony operations in a global, regulated environment. This role combines hands-on Cisco infrastructure engineering with incident resolution, change management, patching, and operational reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining service reliability while supporting the transition from traditional Cisco telephony to a modern cloud-based platform. You will also contribute to the completion of infrastructure decommissioning initiatives and ensure smooth knowledge transfer as legacy systems are retired. Working with international stakeholders, you will take ownership of critical operational activities and help shape a sustainable support model for the evolving telephony landscape. The position is open to Senior and Principal-level candidates, depending on experience and technical depth.
