Manager, Enable— RS Transformation
Reinvention Services (RS) | Integrated Operations (I-Ops) | LEAP | Enable
About the Team
Within Integrated Operations, the LEAP pillar, drives the enablement of Accenture's most strategic internal transformation programmes. The Enable Lead is embedded within the RS Transformation Office, working across a portfolio of transformation initiatives to ensure they are delivered in a connected, risk-aware, and stakeholder-aligned way.
This is not a siloed programme role — it sits at the centre of the transformation, connecting workstreams, surfacing dependencies and readiness for change, and ensuring that the right people are brought together at the right time to keep transformation on track.
The Role
Change and transformation professional who manages key RS transformation initiatives with a sharp eye for risk, dependencies, and change impact. The role requires strong project management discipline, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to connect the dots across a complex, multi-initiative landscape — translating insight into action and bringing teams together to resolve issues before they become blockers.
The Enable Manager works closely with RS leaders, Integrated Operations leadership, Transformation leads and Change and Communications teams — acting as a trusted connector and orchestrator across the transformation.
Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Management & Oversight
Manage RS transformation initiatives, maintaining a clear view of progress, interdependencies, risks, and change impacts across workstreams
Manages critical path and necessary governances across stakeholder groups to drive decision making
Identify patterns, connections, and conflicts across initiatives — proactively surfacing insights to leadership and driving coordinated responses
Maintain rigorous programme management discipline: tracking milestones, actions, decisions, and risks across the portfolio
Pipeline, Risk, Dependency & Impact Management
Connect the dots across multiple projects and user groups within assigned areas — identifying where risks, dependencies, or change impacts intersect and require coordinated action
Bring the right teams together to assess, mitigate, and resolve cross-portfolio risks before they affect delivery or people
Lead rapid assessments at intake of new business requests — coordinating with change teams, M+C, HR/Talent, and functional/technical teams to evaluate impact complexity across org/people, process/policy, systems, and change dimensions, and input into routing decisions (accept / defer / self-serve / reject)
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationships
Build strong, trusted relationships with RS leaders, Integrated Operations leads, Integrated Ops and TMO Transformation leads, and Change and Communications teams
Act as a reliable connector between workstream teams and senior leadership — ensuring information on milestones, project risks, impacts flows in both directions
Influence without authority across a complex, matrixed environment — creating alignment and momentum across diverse stakeholder groups
Change & Readiness Enablement
Apply a solid base of change management knowledge to assess how transformation initiatives land with affected populations
Partner with Change and Communications teams to ensure initiatives are enabled effectively — from impact assessment through to adoption
Apply design thinking approaches to reframe problems, co-create solutions with stakeholders, and design enablement interventions that are human-centred and fit for purpose
Lead business readiness assessments across workstreams to inform go / no-go decisions at key activation points — evaluating whether system, process, and people-related impacts have been sufficiently mitigated or have credible plans in place before transformation is activated
Facilitate setting up hypercare programs post go-live and gather feedback/sentiment to help adoption
Own the Business Readiness Go/No-Go gate (Gate 4) — integrating readiness evidence across design, change, communications, HR/Talent, learning, and functional/technical workstreams to support a go, conditional go, pilot, or hold decision; own cutover planning and execution leading into launch
Own BAU handover — ensuring final process documentation, support models, open issues, and adoption insights are captured and transitioned; contribute to 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month value reviews and corrective actions that re-enter the portfolio
Insight & Reporting
Synthesize portfolio data, risk signals, and stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable insights for Enable leadership, RS (Reinvention Services) and Integrated Operations leadership
Comfortable with learning new tools like Accenture momentum for Transformation reporting etc.
Contribute to transformation governance rhythms — including Transformation Pathway reporting, value moments, and leadership forums
