Summary: As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. The role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technological strategies. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer leads discussions on transformation initiatives, guides the customer journey, and collaborates on designing functional and application solutions. Ensuring that technology implementations align closely with business needs is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities, fostering seamless integration and value delivery for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall business objectives.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to projects.
• Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
• Strong knowledge of business process integration and system architecture.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with data modeling, workflow automation, and reporting within analytics platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
