IS Quality Assurance Analyst

In this role, you will help ensure the reliability, functionality, and quality of business-critical applications within a dynamic financial services environment. You will primarily focus on manual software testing, validating system functionality against business requirements and identifying potential issues before production release. Working closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to the successful delivery of technology projects. You will take ownership of test planning, execution, defect management, and quality reporting while ensuring that all testing activities meet established standards and timelines. Your work will play an important role in protecting application integrity, improving user experiences, and supporting operational excellence.
