Summary: As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. Collaboration with various teams to align the model design with project goals and continuous refinement of model parameters to enhance natural language processing capabilities are key aspects of the daily workflow. The role demands a strategic approach to developing innovative solutions that push the boundaries of language understanding technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures that meet evolving project requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong expertise in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
• Experience with handling and processing large-scale unlabeled text datasets to train language models effectively.
• Ability to optimize model parameters to improve accuracy, efficiency, and generalization of language models.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques in language model training, including transfer learning and unsupervised learning methods.
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader AI systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
