Take a leadership role in expanding access to integrated behavioral healthcare for people living with cancer and other serious or chronic illnesses. As a licensed clinical leader, you will combine direct patient care with clinical supervision, crisis response, and team development. You will conduct assessments, support diagnostic decisions, and deliver evidence-based interventions while maintaining a small patient caseload. Working closely with consulting psychiatrists, oncology partners, and interdisciplinary care teams, you will help ensure patients receive coordinated, compassionate, and effective support. You will also use clinical data and quality metrics to strengthen care delivery, refine workflows, and develop team capabilities.
