Lead Motion Graphics Artist (Localisation & Adaptation)

The Lead Motion Graphics Artist will oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality motion graphics, animations, and localized creative content for global brands across multiple platforms. This role combines creative direction, advanced motion design expertise, and production leadership to ensure every deliverable meets brand standards and technical specifications. You will transform creative briefs into compelling visual stories while managing adaptations for different markets, languages, and channels. Working closely with producers, creative teams, client services, and external partners, you will drive projects from concept through final delivery. You will also mentor artists, improve production workflows, and maintain exceptional quality across multiple concurrent projects.
