Lead Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Designer based in the United States.

This is an opportunity to lead product design across connected digital platforms that help organizations train, engage, and support frontline employees. You will shape intuitive, accessible experiences for employees, managers, and administrators, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints. Working closely with Product, Engineering, research partners, and fellow designers, you will turn complex workflows into cohesive, easy-to-use interfaces. You will guide design direction, strengthen shared design systems, and ensure high-quality experiences from early concepts through implementation. The role initially includes support for an established learning platform, with a longer-term focus on creating a more unified experience across products. This full-time, remote position suits an experienced designer who combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaborative leadership.
